I coach individuals to move better, train pain free, and build strength that lasts. Using evidence informed biomechanics and movement first principles, I design programs that restore efficiency, reduce compensation, and build long term durability.
Most coaches hand you exercises. I explain the why, the anatomy, the mechanics, the reason behind every movement, so you understand your own body and train it correctly for life. I audit the pattern first, then load it correctly. Strength built on dysfunction breaks down. Strength built on quality lasts.
This is not exercise. It is performance architecture to build wellness and longevity.

Iβve worked with trainers and physical therapists before. What makes this different?
Most trainers add load without auditing how you move first. Physical therapy often resolves the acute symptom and stops once the pain quiets, leaving the underlying pattern uncorrected. My work begins where both of those stop. I assess the mechanical pattern producing the problem, correct it, then build strength on a foundation that holds. This is not exercise. It is performance architecture to build wellness and longevity.
Iβve tried things before and the results never held. Why would this last?
Results fade when the root cause was never identified. If the pattern that created the problem is still there, the problem returns. I build a structured system around your biomechanics, not a set of exercises. We correct the cause, then load it with intent, so progress compounds instead of resetting.
My mobility and posture arenβt what they once were. Can that come back?
Yes. Decades at a desk pull the body into adaptations: a hunched upper back, restricted shoulders, a pelvis that shifts the load onto the wrong structures. These are adaptations, not permanent damage, and adaptations reverse under the right loading. We retrain the pattern so capacity returns and your body moves the way it was built to.
How does online coaching work?
Online coaching delivers the full system worldwide. You get custom programming built around your biomechanics, form review on your key lifts, a performance focused nutrition strategy, and direct access to me between sessions for questions and adjustments. It is the same standard and the same architecture as in person concierge coaching. The format changes, the depth does not. Concierge 1-on-1 coaching is also available in person in Midtown East for clients who want hands on sessions.
What is the investment, and how is the coaching structured?
Both Concierge and Virtual coaching are built on a 3 month minimum, because correcting a movement pattern and loading it correctly takes that long to hold. Programs are tailored to your goals, your history, and your schedule. Exact pricing is discussed on the consultation, once we have confirmed the right fit. What you are investing in is not sessions. It is a long term system for how you move, perform, and age.
